The dominant bean of the Robusta brings out the peanut flavor. This was complemented by the Arabica bean with a vanilla flavor. This Arabica bean releases its caramel flavor perfectly when roasted.

Coffee production is characterized by many individual, small coffee farmers in the north of Rwanda. The coffee yield is sold through a small farmers' cooperative.

The weather is very mixed - the climate ranges from hot to cold. The farmers’ tact is therefore required here.
